Zauschneria arizonica (Hummingbird Trumpet)

Zauschneria arizonica, commonly known as Hummingbird Trumpet, is a perennial plant native to the south-western United States. It is a member of the Onagraceae family and is known for its vibrant red tubular flowers that attract hummingbirds. The plant grows in low, spreading mats with silver-gray foliage. It blooms from late summer to fall and prefers full sun and dry, well-drained soil.
