Weigela florida 'Nain Rouge / Courtanin' (Dwarf Red Weigela)

The Weigela florida 'Nain Rouge' or 'Courtnani' is a dwarf shrub with vibrant red flowers that bloom in spring. This compact cultivar grows in a mounded shape, reaching a height of about 2 feet and spreading to a width of around 3 feet. It is a deciduous shrub with a dense foliage of dark green leaves, which turn purplish-bronze in the fall.
