Spodiopogon sibericus (Siberian Graybeard or Frost Grass)
Spodiopogon sibericus, commonly known as Siberian Graybeard or Frost Grass, is a cool-season ornamental grass native to Siberia. It forms clumps of arching, narrow green leaves with silvery undersides, giving the plant a two-toned effect. In late summer, tall wiry stems emerge, bearing airy, light pinkish-tinged panicles that persist into early winter, creating a delicate and ethereal display. Siberian Graybeard is ideal for creating movement and adding texture to garden borders and naturalistic landscapes.
