Setcreasea pallida, commonly known as Purple Heart or Wandering Jew, is a low-growing perennial plant native to Mexico. It is popular for its striking, deep purple foliage and its ability to quickly spread and create groundcover. The leaves are elongated and lance-shaped, giving the plant a cascading and trailing effect.
