Senecio praecox (Pittocaulon praecox)
Senecio praecox, commonly known as Pittocaulon praecox, is a species of succulent plant in the family Asteraceae. It features thick, cylindrical, bluish-green stems that grow upright and form a rosette-like shape. The leaves are reduced to small, triangular scales that cover the stems. In late winter or early spring, it produces yellow flowers at the center of the stem rosette.
