Robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia', commonly known as Gold Leaf Black Locust, is a deciduous tree with stunning golden foliage. It is a cultivar of the Black Locust species and is highly prized for its bright yellow leaves that persist throughout the growing season. The tree has a graceful, upright habit and produces clusters of fragrant white flowers in late spring. It can reach a height of 40-50 feet (12-15 meters) and has a spreading crown that can grow to a width of 30-40 feet (9-12 meters).
