The 'Chameleon' Sourwood (Oxydendrum arboreum 'Chameleon') is a deciduous tree native to the southeastern United States. It is known for its unique foliage that changes color throughout the seasons. In spring, the leaves emerge reddish-purple, then mature to green in summer, and finally turn shades of red, orange, and yellow in the fall. The tree produces clusters of small white flowers in the summer, followed by brown seed capsules. It grows to a height of 30-50 feet and has a spread of 20-30 feet.
