Nothofagus antarctica (Antarctic False Beech)

The Nothofagus antarctica, commonly known as the Antarctic False Beech, is a deciduous tree native to the southernmost regions of South America. It has a distinctive spreading canopy with small, oval-shaped leaves that turn golden-yellow in the autumn. This tree is a slow grower and can reach heights of up to 60 feet.
