Noronhia emarginata, also known as Madagascar Olive, is a small evergreen tree native to the island of Madagascar. It features leathery, lance-shaped leaves and clusters of small, fragrant, white flowers that bloom in late spring and summer. The plant produces oval-shaped, green fruits that ripen to a dark purple color. It is a moderately fast-growing plant that reaches an average height of 20 feet and a width of about 15 feet.
