Nandina domestica (Heavenly Bamboo)
Nandina domestica, commonly known as Heavenly Bamboo, is an evergreen shrub native to eastern Asia. It features delicate, lacy leaves that change color throughout the year, starting as bright green in spring, turning to bronze-red in summer, and culminating in a rich crimson color in fall. In addition to its attractive foliage, Heavenly Bamboo produces small clusters of white flowers in spring, followed by bright red berries in autumn that persist into winter. This versatile shrub grows in a dense, upright form and is often used as a border, screening, or accent plant in gardens.
