Myrica heterophylla 'Robbie Green' (Swamp Bayberry)

Myrica heterophylla 'Robbie Green' is a cultivar of the native swamp bayberry, found in wetland areas of the eastern United States. This evergreen shrub features glossy, leathery leaves and small greenish-yellow flowers that bloom in spring. It produces an abundance of aromatic blue-gray berries that attract wildlife. 'Robbie Green' is a compact variety, growing to a height of 3-4 feet and spreading 4-5 feet wide.
