Melianthus major (Giant Honey Flower/Bush)

Melianthus major, commonly known as Giant Honey Flower or Bush, is a plant with large gray leaves. This evergreen perennial is native to South Africa. The leaves are deeply divided and have a beautiful silvery-gray color. The plant produces showy spikes of purple flowers in late spring. It can reach a height of up to 6 feet and has a spread of about 4-6 feet.
