Meehania cordata (Meehan's/Creeping Mint)

Meehania cordata, also known as Meehan's or Creeping Mint, is a perennial herb from the Lamiaceae family. It is a low-growing plant that spreads by sending out runners, forming a dense ground cover. The leaves are heart-shaped with serrated edges and emit a pleasant mint fragrance when crushed. Meehan's/Creeping Mint produces small clusters of pink to lavender flowers in late spring to early summer.
