Manilkara zapota (Sapodilla/Sapote)

The Sapodilla, also known as Sapote or Chickle, is an evergreen tree native to Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. It produces small, brown fruit with a sweet, malty flavor similar to caramel. The tree has glossy, dark green leaves and small, inconspicuous flowers. It can reach a height of up to 30 meters and a width of up to 15 meters.
