Malus coronaria (Serviceberry)

Malus coronaria, commonly known as Serviceberry or Native Sweet Crabapple, is a deciduous shrub or small tree native to North America. It typically grows up to 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide. The plant produces beautiful white flowers in early spring, followed by small red fruits that are highly attractive to birds. The foliage turns to vibrant shades of orange and red in the fall, adding to its ornamental value.
