Lonicera involucrata, also known as Black Twinberry, is a deciduous shrub native to western North America. It features opposite leaves that are dark green on the upper surface and pale green underneath. The small, tubular flowers are yellow and are followed by dark purple to black berries. This shrub is a great addition to woodland gardens and attracts birds with its fruits.
