Lepidothamnus laxifolius, commonly known as Mountain Rimu or Pygmy Pine, is a small shrub that belongs to the Podocarpaceae family. It is native to New Zealand and can be found growing in alpine regions. The plant features thin, lax leaves that are lance-shaped and bright green in color. It is a slow-growing species and can reach a height and width of about 2-3 meters.
