The Koelreuteria bipinnata, commonly known as the Flametree or Goldenraintree, is a deciduous tree native to East Asia. It is known for its attractive display of golden-yellow flowers in late spring and early summer, which cover the tree in clusters. The leaves are pinnately compound and turn a vibrant yellow in the fall. This tree is fairly small, reaching heights of 20-30 feet and spreading to widths of 20-25 feet.
