Gasteria species (Gasteria)

Gasteria is a succulent plant commonly known as the 'flowering cactus'. It is a member of the Asphodelaceae family and is native to South Africa. The plant has thick, fleshy leaves that are often mottled or spotted with unique patterns. Gasteria produces tall flower spikes with tubular, reddish-orange flowers that attract pollinators.
