Fraxinus pennsylvanica lanceolata (Green Ash)

Fraxinus pennsylvanica lanceolata, commonly known as Green Ash, is a deciduous tree that belongs to the Oleaceae family. It is a clump-forming tree with a rounded crown and a straight trunk. The leaves of the Green Ash are lance-shaped and dark green in color, turning yellow in the fall. It produces small inconspicuous flowers in spring and clusters of winged seeds in the fall.
