Ficus rubiginosa, commonly known as Rusty Leaf or Morton Bay Fig, is a large evergreen tree native to Australia and often used as an ornamental tree in gardens and parks. It has large, glossy, dark green leaves with a rusty underside, hence the name Rusty Leaf. The tree has a spreading canopy and develops aerial roots as it matures.
