Erythrina herbacea (Coral-bean)

Erythrina herbacea, commonly known as Coral-bean, is a deciduous shrub native to the southeastern United States. It is known for its vibrant red flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer, attracting hummingbirds and butterflies. The leaves are trifoliate with each leaflet measuring around 5 inches in length. This shrub typically grows to a height of 3-5 feet with a similar spread.
