Encelia virginensis (Virgin River Brittlebush)

Encelia virginensis, commonly known as the Virgin River Brittlebush or Daisy, is a beautiful perennial plant native to the arid regions of the southwestern United States. It features gray-green leaves that are covered in fine hairs, giving the plant a velvety appearance. In the spring, it produces bright yellow daisy-like flowers that attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies. This plant is well-adapted to desert conditions and can tolerate drought and poor soil.
