Elymus hysterix (Bottlebrush Grass)

Elymus hysterix, commonly known as Bottlebrush Grass, is a coarse grass with a unique appearance. It forms dense clumps of narrow, upright blades that resemble bottlebrushes. In the late summer and fall, it produces attractive seed heads that resemble bottlebrushes as well, adding further interest to the plant.
