Dodecatheon meadia (Shooting Star wildflower)

Dodecatheon meadia, commonly known as Shooting Star wildflower, is a herbaceous perennial native to North America. It produces charming, star-shaped flowers that hang from upright stems, resembling shooting stars. The blooms are usually pink or white with yellow centers, attracting pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
