Diospyros lotus (Date-plum, Caucasian Persimmon)

Diospyros lotus, commonly known as Date-plum or Caucasian Persimmon, is a deciduous tree native to the Caucasus region and parts of Western Asia. It is known for its attractive glossy leaves and small, plum-like fruits. The fruits turn from green to yellow when ripe and have a sweet flavor. The tree can reach a height of 10-15 meters and has a spread of about 8-10 meters.
