Dianthus amurensis (Carnation / Pinks)

Dianthus amurensis, also known as Carnation or Pinks, is a beautiful flowering plant that belongs to the family Caryophyllaceae. It is native to Amur Oblast in Eastern Russia and northeastern China. The flowers of this plant are fragrant with fringed petals and come in a variety of colors including pink, red, white, and purple. The plant forms a low-growing mat of narrow, grass-like foliage that is evergreen in warmer climates.
