Decaisnea fargesii (Blue Bean)

Decaisnea fargesii, commonly known as Blue Bean, is a deciduous shrub native to China. It is known for its curious blue-colored fruits that resemble large beans. The plant has attractive pinnate leaves and in early summer, it produces pendulous yellow-green flowers. Blue Bean grows to a height of 10-15 feet with a similar spread.
