Coccoloba diversifolia, commonly known as the Pigeon Plum tree, is a tropical evergreen tree native to the coastal areas of the Caribbean and Florida. It is a medium-sized tree with a rounded crown and dense foliage. The leaves are leathery and glossy, with a red tint when they first emerge. In the spring, the Pigeon Plum tree produces clusters of small white flowers, which are followed by small purple fruits that birds love to eat.
