Cedronella canariensis (Canary Islands Balm of Gilead)

Cedronella canariensis, also known as Canary Islands Balm of Gilead, is a perennial herb native to the Canary Islands. It has a strong lemon-like fragrance and its leaves, when crushed, release a pleasant aroma. The plant produces clusters of pink or purple flowers that attract bees and butterflies. It grows up to a height of 1 to 2 feet and spreads about 1 to 2 feet wide.
