Berberis wilsoniae stapfiana, commonly known as Wilson's Barberry, is a deciduous shrub native to China. It features thorny branches with small, shiny green leaves that turn vibrant shades of orange and red in the fall. The plant produces clusters of bright yellow flowers in spring which are followed by blue-black berries in the summer. Wilson's Barberry is a compact shrub that grows to a height of 3-4 feet and spreads to a width of 2-3 feet.
