Agave parryii neomexicana (New Mexico Century Plant)
Agave parryii neomexicana is a small succulent that forms a rosette of thick, fleshy gray-green leaves. The leaves have sharp spines along the edges and a rigid, upright growth habit. In the center of the rosette, a tall flowering stalk emerges, bearing clusters of yellow flowers. This agave is native to the desert regions of New Mexico and is well-adapted to hot, arid climates.
