Agave montana 'Baccarat', commonly known as Century Plant, is a stunning succulent plant with rosettes of thick, spiky blue-green leaves. It is a slow-growing plant that forms a symmetrical, architectural shape. The leaves are edged with sharp, dark brown spines and have a powdery wax coating. In maturity, this plant produces a tall, upright flower spike with yellow to greenish-yellow flowers.
