Agastache (Giant / Mexican Hyssop)

Agastache, commonly known as Giant Hyssop or Mexican Hyssop, is a perennial herbaceous plant that belongs to the mint family. It has tall spikes of aromatic flowers that attract butterflies and bees. The leaves are fragrant and can be used to make herbal tea or for culinary purposes. Giant Hyssop grows to a height of about 3-4 feet and has a spread of 2-3 feet.
