Acer japonicum 'Mikaseyama', commonly known as Fullmoon Maple, is a deciduous tree that is native to Japan. It is known for its stunning foliage which changes color throughout the seasons. In spring, the leaves emerge with a reddish-purple color, turning green in summer, and then transforming into vibrant shades of orange and red in fall. The leaves have rounded lobes resembling full moons, hence the common name. This small to medium-sized tree typically reaches a height of 15-20 feet and a width of 10-15 feet.
