Abies siberica (Siberian Fir)
Abies siberica, commonly known as Siberian Fir, is a medium-sized evergreen tree native to the boreal forests of Siberia. It has a symmetrical pyramid shape with densely packed dark green needles that are softer and more flexible than other fir species. During spring, it produces cylindrical upright cones that are purplish-brown in color. Siberian Fir is widely cultivated as an ornamental tree for its attractive foliage and ability to thrive in cold climates.
