Abies numidica (Algerian Fir)
Abies numidica, commonly known as Algerian Fir, is a coniferous tree native to the Atlas Mountains of Algeria. It is a medium-sized evergreen tree with a cone-shaped crown and dark green foliage. The tree produces small, cylindrical cones that are approximately 5-8 cm long. The Algerian Fir is known for its ability to tolerate harsh climatic conditions, including drought and extreme cold.
